• 29–15 days: 0%
• 14–07 days: 25%
• 06–03 days: 50%
• Less than 03 days: 100%

For 3 – 5 cabins:

• More than 45 days: 0%
• 45–30 days: 0%
• 29–15 days: 25%
• 14–07 days: 50%
• 06–03 days: 75%
• Less than 03 days: 100%

For 6 – 10 cabins:

• More than 45 days: 0%
• 45–30 days: 25%
• 29–15 days: 50%
• 14–07 days: 75%
• 06–03 days: 100%
• Less than 03 days: 100%

For more than 10 cabins:

• More than 45 days: 0%
• 45–30 days: 50%
• 29–15 days: 75%
• 14–07 days: 100%
• 06–03 days: 100%
• Less than 03 days: 100%

2.Cancellation for bad weather or unexpected situations:

- If the cancellation is informed before guests leave Hanoi to Ha Long Bay (and guests have not

used any service yet): 100% refund.

- If the cancellation is informed during the trip (guests have already used some services: transfer,

lunch, day trip, hotel in Ha Long…): Only the actual fees of these services will be charged and

You will get refund the whole remaining amount.

3.Children Policy (Summary)

• Under 5 years old:
  • Sharing bed with parents: FOC (Free of Charge) – max 1 child per cabin
  • Private cabin or sharing with adults: Not applicable
• From 5 – 7 years old:
  • Sharing bed with parents: 50% of adult rate – max 1 child per cabin
  • Private cabin or sharing with adults: Adult rate
• From 8 – 11 years old:
  • Sharing bed with parents: 75% of adult rate – max 1 child per cabin
  • Private cabin or sharing with adults: Adult rate
• From 12 years old and above:
  • Sharing bed with parents: Adult rate
  • Private cabin or sharing with adults: Adult rate
