- All cancellations must be sent in writing to us
- Cancellation fees depend on the number of cabins and the time prior to check-in:
- More than 45 days before check-in → 0% for all bookings.
- 45 – 30 days before check-in: 0% (1–5 cabins), 25% (6–10 cabins), 50% (more than 10 cabins).
- 29 – 15 days before check-in: 0% (1–2 cabins), 25% (3–5 cabins), 50% (6–10 cabins), 75% (more than 10 cabins).
- 14 – 07 days before check-in: 25% (1–2 cabins), 50% (3–5 cabins), 75% (6–10 cabins), 100% (more than 10 cabins).
- 06 – 03 days before check-in: 50% (1–2 cabins), 75% (3–5 cabins), 100% (6–10 cabins & more than 10 cabins).
- Less than 03 days before check-in: 100% for all bookings.
2.Cancellation for bad weather or unexpected situations:
- If the cancellation is informed before guests leave Hanoi to Ha Long Bay (and guests have not
- used any service yet): 100% refund.
- If the cancellation is informed during the trip (guests have already used some services: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Ha Long…): Only the actual fees of these services will be charged and you will get whole remained amount.
3.Children Policy
- Under 5 years old: Free of charge (FOC) when sharing bed with parents (max. 1 child per cabin). Not applicable for private cabin.
- From 5 – 7 years old: 50% of adult rate when sharing bed with parents (max. 1 child per cabin). Full adult rate if in private or shared cabin with adults.
- From 8 – 11 years old: 75% of adult rate when sharing bed with parents (max. 1 child per cabin). Full adult rate if in private or shared cabin with adults.
- From 12 years old and above: Full adult rate in all cases.
