1. Where will the bus pick us up from?
If your hotels are in Hanoi's Old Quarter, this will serve as the pick-up and drop-off locations.
If your location is outside this area, the bus will pick you up at The Coffee House in Hanoi Towers. There are parking areas here. You can also go shopping, or get a coffee.
2.How to recognise the Paradise Vietnam shuttle bus? Is there a support team?
You can identify Paradise's shuttle bus by looking for the golden Paradise Group logo and our website address paradisevietnam.com. The majority of our fleet consists of luxury black limousines with eight roomy seats and full amenities, including the ability to watch movies, charge phones, drink water, and access free WIFI. In addition, Paradise Vietnam has a group of experienced drivers who have worked for the company for a long time. Drivers in Paradise Vietnam uniforms are in charge of organising luggage for passengers, stabilising seats, and fastening seatbelts.
3.Do you plan to make any stops en route to Ha Long?
The shuttle bus operated by Paradise Vietnam will stop at the Hai Duong stopover. Here, you can take care of your own needs, shop while sampling specialties from the three regions, enjoy tea and coffee, or eat a late breakfast before the busr leaves.
4.Do vegetarians and children both have food options?
Our talented executive chefs have developed a wide range of menus to suit various dietary requirements, including vegetarian, kid-friendly, and even vegan options. Visitors must, however, give at least two working days' notice so that we can thoughtfully prepare.
5..What should I wear on the boat?
We suggest you take light garments in summer, sweaters, and/or a jacket in winter as it can get pretty chilly, especially at night. A raincoat will be useful any time of the year.
As for shoes, choose appropriate items according to the temperature and prepare trainers or walking shoes for excursions (visiting caves, hiking, cycling, etc.). Don’t forget your bathing suit for swimming!
6.Does Halong Bay have internet or wifi?
Yes, we provide wifi on our cruise and on bus. But some times signal of wifi is not good in some places in Halong Bay
7.Are drinks and beverages included in a cruise trip?
No, they are not included in any cruise packages. In general, meals are included and in each cabin there are complimentary bottles of mineral water. Some cruise may offer free tea/ coffee in meals but other drinks will be charged.
8.How many luggage should I bring on board?
You should bring with you the necessary ones as there is not much space on shuttle bus. Because we will drop you at the same hotel after Halong Bay trip so you can leave your big suitcase at the hotel. If you need to go directly to Airport or train station you can bring your entire luggage.
9.Do I need to bring cash?
Yes, we recommend bringing some cash for:
Onboard refreshments and souvenirs.Tips for the crew (optional but appreciated).Purchases during excursions.
