1.Cancellation & Amendment Policy

For FIT bookings (1–10 cabins), the following penalties apply based on notice period before departure:

• 1–3 days prior: 100% cancellation charge.
• 4–7 days prior: 100% cancellation charge.
• 8–14 days prior:1–3 cabins: Free cancellation; 4–6 cabins: 100% cancellation charge; 7–10 cabins: 90% cancellation charge
• 15–21 days prior: 4–6 cabins: 50% cancellation charge; 7–10 cabins: 75% cancellation charge
• 22–28 days prior: 1–3 cabins: Free cancellation; 7–10 cabins: 50% cancellation charge
• 29–40 days prior: 7–10 cabins: 25% cancellation charge
• 40 days or more prior:7–10 cabins: Free cancellation

For 11 cabins and above, cancellations and amendments are handled case-by-case.

For series or charter bookings, policies are also applied case-by-case depending on group terms.

No-show or cancellation on the departure day will incur a 100% charge of the total booking value.

2.Rate Policy for Children

For children under 02 years old, the rate is USD 35 per child

For children from 05 to under 12 years old, the rate is USD 110 per child Children

Aged 12 years old and above are charged the same as adults.

Extra bed surcharge: USD 27.60 per extra bed (equivalent to VND 690,000 after a 15% surcharge). Maximum 01 extra bed per cabin.

Overnight cruise cabin capacity for children:
(i) A maximum of 02 children under 12 years old may share one cabin with 02 adults.
(ii) A maximum of 01 child above 12 years old and 01 child under 12 years old may share one cabin with 02 adults.

3.Surcharge for Holidays

For guests staying onboard during major holidays, Ambassador Signature Cruise applies a compulsory holiday surcharge.

During Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve (24 December and 31 December – Gala Dinner), the revised surcharge is USD 55 per guest.

For the Lunar New Year period (29 December to 03 January, based on the lunar calendar), the applicable surcharge is USD 32 per guest.

For other national holidays such as 02 September, 30 April – 01 May, and 10 March (lunar calendar), a surcharge of USD 32 per guest applies.

Child surcharges follow the percentage of the adult rate: children under 2 years old are charged 50% of the adult surcharge; children from 2 to under 5 years old are charged 75%; children from 5 to under 12 years old are charged 85%; and children from 12 years old and above are charged at the full adult rate.

Additional surcharges may be imposed according to government regulations during special public holiday announcements. Please note that promotional vouchers are not applicable on holiday surcharge dates; they are only eligible on weekends when stated.
