1.Cancellation Policy
For FIT bookings with 1 to 3 cabins, there will be no charge for cancellations made more than 30 days prior to check-in. From 31 to 44 days before check-in, cancellations of 4 to 6 cabins will incur a 10% charge per cancelled cabin, and from 16 to 30 days prior, a 30% charge applies. If cancellations occur 8 to 15 days prior, a 30% charge per cancelled cabin will be applied; from 4 to 7 days, 50%; and within 3 days or in case of no show, 100% of each cancelled cabin.
For GIT bookings of 7 cabins or more per departure, cancellations made more than 60 days prior to check-in are free of charge. From 31 to 44 days prior, 30% of each cancelled cabin will be charged; from 16 to 30 days, 50%; from 8 to 15 days, 50%; from 4 to 7 days, 80%; and within 3 days or in case of no show, 100% of each cancelled cabin.
2.Children Policy
For children under 5 years old, the first child sharing a bed with parents will be free of charge. The second child under 5 years old will be charged 40% of the adult rate, including an extra bed.
Children from 5 to 11 years old will be charged 70% of the adult rate with an extra bed; however, if the child shares a bed with parents, a discount of 700,000 VND will be applied.
Children aged 12 years and above, or any additional adults, will be charged 90% of the adult rate with an extra bed.
In the case of two children under 12 years sharing one cabin, the charge will be 90% of the cabin rate. For single cabin occupancy, the rate will be 85% of the double occupancy rate.
Extra bed is included.
Note: A maximum of two children aged 5 to 11 years may share a room with adults. Children aged 12 years and above are considered adults and will be charged the same rate.
3.Surcharge for Holidays
For Christmas Eve (24th December) and New Year’s Eve (31st December), the surcharge will apply as follows:
