1.Cancellation Policy
Any amendment or change to an existing booking will be treated as a cancellation, and a new booking will need to be made. Cancellation charges will be applied depending on the number of rooms booked and the number of days prior to the check-in date.
For individual bookings of 1 to 2 rooms, cancellations made more than 60 days before arrival will not incur any charge. A 25% cancellation fee will apply for cancellations made 15 to 29 days prior to arrival, 50% for 7 to 14 days, and 100% for cancellations within 6 days or for no-shows.
For bookings of 3 to 5 rooms, there will be no charge for cancellations made more than 45 days before arrival. A 25% fee applies if cancelled between 30 and 44 days before arrival, 50% for 15 to 29 days, 75% for 7 to 14 days, and 100% for cancellations within 6 days or for no-shows.
For bookings of 6 to 10 rooms, cancellation made more than 45 days before arrival will be free of charge. However, 25% of the total charge will apply for cancellations made 45 days prior to arrival, 50% for 30 to 44 days, 75% for 15 to 29 days, and 100% for cancellations within 14 days or no-shows.
For bookings of more than 10 rooms, a 25% fee applies for cancellations made more than 60 days prior to arrival, 50% for 45 days before, 75% for 30 to 44 days, and 100% for cancellations made within 29 days prior to arrival or for no-shows.
All cancellation requests must be made in writing and acknowledged by the cruise management team. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting any bank transaction fees. Please note that no refunds will be made for no-shows or early check-outs.

2.Children Policy
Children from 1 to under 5 years old sharing a bed with parents are welcomed free of charge for the first child. In case there is a second child, an additional charge of 50% of the adult rate will apply.
Children from 5 to under 11 years old sharing a bed with parents will be charged 75% of the adult rate. If an extra bed is required, the charge will be 85% of the adult rate.
If two children stay in a private room, the rate will be 100% of the adult room rate.
Children from 11 years old and above are considered adults and will be charged the full adult rate, enjoying the same benefits as adult guests.
3.Extra Charge for Holiday – New Year
During special holidays, an additional surcharge will be applied as follows:
For Merry Christmas, International New Year, and Lunar New Year, an extra charge of USD 50 per person will apply for adults and children from 11 years old and above.
For children from 4 to under 11 years old, the surcharge will be USD 30 per child.
Children under 4 years old are free of charge during these festive periods.
