1.Cancellation
Late changes or reductions in the number of guests are considered cancellations and subject to the following charges. Increases in guest numbers are confirmed based on availability. Cancellation fees will be automatically charged.
For bookings under 8 cabins
- More than 15 days before departure: No charge
- 14–10 days before departure: 50% of total amount
- 09–04 days before departure: 70% of total amount
- Within 03 days before departure or no-show: 100% of total amount
For bookings of 8 cabins or more
- More than 45 days before departure: No charge
- 45–31 days before departure: 25% of total amount
- 30–15 days before departure: 50% of total amount
- 14–07 days before departure: 70% of total amount
- Within 06 days before departure or no-show: 100% of total amount
For an increase in guest numbers, confirmation depends on cabin availability. For reductions, the above cancellation charges will apply proportionally.
2.Extra Bed Policy:
A third person using an extra bed will be charged at 45% of the double cabin rate (depending on cabin category).
Child Policy (children’s age calculated by year of birth):
- One child under 5 years old sharing a cabin and bed with parents is free of charge (meals included as per parents). In case there are two children under 5 years old sharing the same cabin with parents, the second child will be charged 75% of the adult rate.
- Children from 5 to under 11 years old sharing a cabin and bed with parents will be charged 75% of the adult rate.
- Two children under 11 years old sharing a separate cabin will be charged the same as one double cabin for adults. In case only one child uses a separate cabin, the charge will be 80% of the adult double cabin rate.
- One child from 5 to under 11 years old staying with one adult will be charged as one full double cabin (adult rate).
- Children aged 11 and above will be charged as adults.
