1.Cancellation Policy
- Any late changes or reductions in the number of guests will be treated as a cancellation and subject to the applicable fee. Increases in the number of guests are subject to availability.
For bookings with fewer than 8 cabins:
- More than 15 days before departure: No charge
- 14–10 days before departure: 50% of total price
- 9–4 days before departure: 70% of total price
- Within 3 days before departure or no-show: 100% of total price
For bookings with 8 cabins or more:
- More than 45 days before departure: No charge
- 45–31 days before departure: 25% of total price
- 30–15 days before departure: 50% of total price
- 14–7 days before departure: 70% of total price
- Within 6 days before departure or no-show: 100% of total price
In case of increasing guest numbers, confirmation depends on cabin availability. For reductions, the cancellation policy above will apply accordingly.
2.Extra Bed & Child Policy
Extra Bed:
- A surcharge for the third person in a room is applied at 45% of the double room rate (based on room category).
Children Policy (age calculated by year of birth):
- One child under 5 years old sharing a bed and meals with parents: Free of charge.
- If two children under 5 share the same room with parents: The second child will be charged 75% of the adult rate.
- Children from 5 to under 11 years old sharing a bed with parents: 75% of the adult rate.
- Two children under 11 years old staying in a separate room: Charged at the full double room rate as adults.
- One child under 11 staying in a separate room: 80% of the double room rate.
- One child (5–11 years old) sharing a room with one adult: Charged at the full double room rate as adults.
- Children 11 years and above: Charged at the adult rate.
- All bookings with children are subject to acceptance and confirmation by our side.
