The reservation is valid only if you have received a confirmation of Asia Pacific Travel Co., Ltd. upon your payment of a deposit.
2. Cancellation and Cancellation fees
– Confirmation: Asia Pacific Travel will confirm the tour booking by email, stating the specifications that are to be fulfilled and the relevant requirements of the participants, and any failure in the fulfillment of the requirements. Tour participants must confirm his/her reservation on the final arrangement, which is considered a contract between the two parties.
– Cancellation Policy
• All cancellations must be submitted to us in writing.
• Cancellation fees will vary depending on the number of cabins booked and the time of notice prior to check-in.
• Each cruise has its own specific cancellation charges, which are clearly detailed in the individual Terms & Conditions of that cruise.
Cancellation Due to Bad Weather or Unexpected Situations:
• If the cancellation is announced before guests depart from Hanoi to Ha Long Bay and no services have been used, the refund percentage will be applied according to the specific policy of each cruise.
• If the cancellation occurs during the trip (after some services such as transfer, lunch, day trip, or hotel in Ha Long have already been provided), only the actual costs of those services will be charged, and the remaining balance will be refunded in full.
3. Payment
A full payment of the tour price is required when you confirm your booking.
Payment should be made by credit card or bank transfer to the bank account of ASIA PACIFIC TRAVEL Co Ltd.

Bank credit transfer, as well as expenses, which must be charged by the customer, are credited on the above account.

For payment by credit card, Visa charges 3.2%; Master charges 3.5% expenses are charged by the customer, who has to fill in the form and make a copy of his credit card, then email both documents to us.
The form and photocopy of your passport must be sent to us, which are regarded as the final and legal proof of your payment for ASIA PACIFIC TRAVEL.
Since the payment has been made, ASIA PACIFIC TRAVEL will draw up confirmation, which is considered a contract between the two parties.
